In this role, you’ll provide unparalleled service as you help customers purchase the products they need to complete roofing, building and remodeling projects. Whether offering product advice, assisting in the showroom or finalizing sales, you’ll play a key role in the success of the branch. Responsibilities include: Assisting customers via telephone and in person, Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, Taking customer orders and entering the information into our ERP system, Promoting and selling products to customers, Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise, Ensuring customer orders are complete and accurate.
