About the Role

Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead multiple tasks and processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and student information systems
- Ability to travel within RCC’s service area
Benefits
- Salary range $77,000 - $87,000
- Excellent benefits package
