No one models our brand personality more than our CEO & President, David Abeles. He lives and breathes relentless golftimism, always pushing beyond potential obstacles or challenges. He inspires our employees to stay driven and connected with each other, our customers, and golfers around the world.

We believe that a culture of belonging begins with listening. Several times a year we pulse check our employees for their opinions and ideas. With a global response rate that is always well above benchmarks, we get direct feedback from our teams on what we are doing right and where there may be opportunities to strengthen our employee experience. Some of our biggest company initiatives are a result of employee feedback, having direct influence on our programs, communication initiatives and company culture. During the height of the pandemic we were reminded of just how critical it is to nurture relationships. Whether it’s in our learning programs, People Leader sessions or company communications, we spend a great deal of time making sure voices are heard – to meet the needs of our employees and foster an inviting and inclusive environment.

From the moment they embark on their TaylorMade journey, we believe in fostering a sense of community and belonging. It starts with our employee new hire orientation experience and then builds with new hire cohort socials during an employee’s first year. We provide both informal, social experiences and more structured learning opportunities for all employees across our organization to foster “cross-pollination” and strengthen the relationships that serve as the foundation for collaboration. We know that the success of our products and of our business is firmly reliant on our ability to collaborate well – to hear from all voices, to problem-solve, to create, and to celebrate together.
