The Dermot The Dermot Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Director responsible for developing leasing and marketing strategies and leading a team of leasing professionals for an assigned portfolio in NYC.

Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of direct professional experience in Leasing & Marketing of residential, luxury apartments
- Successful track record of managing leasing for multiple properties
- A minimum of 2 years of effectively leading and mentoring a team of leasing professionals
- Keen understanding of NYC residential market, trends and rent stabilization
- Valid NY Real Estate License required
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Yardi and/or other property management software
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, collaboration, and organization skills
- Deadline-driven and comfortable working with competing priorities
- Ability to work one weekend day when needed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without restrictions
