Our CEO lives and breathes our core values every day. He’s the driving force behind them and aims to ensure all employees are aware of them and perform their daily work with the core values in mind. During our monthly all employee webcasts, our CEO and the guest speaker routinely cover topics relating to our core values and we end each meeting recognizing those employees who exemplified one of our core values over the past month through our Accelerator Recognition Program.

At Thryv, we have a Diversity & Inclusion Council whose goal is to ensure everyone at Thryv is included in our collective success and feels valued and respected at all times. The Council focuses on education and raising awareness among all employees as we learn about our differences and similarities while valuing the vast array of unique perspectives we bring to Thryv. We have multiple ways for employees to share ideas and openly encourage new thoughts from all employees. In all the Council does, we focus on INCLUSION first and foremost and ensure programming and communications support all employees.

Thryv is a “Work from Anywhere” company, so collaboration is achieved through Zoom calls and Teams meetings, as well as various other forms of remote communication. By hosting all employee webcasts monthly, our Leadership Team engages with our entire workforce and keeps employees in the loop on all aspects of Thryv. In addition, our monthly webcast serves as an outlet to highlight our outstanding employees through the Accelerator Recognition program. According to our monthly Pulse Survey, 76% of our employees say they feel connected to their co-workers.
