Nurse Practitioner (APP). Conduct comprehensive primary care visits and physical exams in the comfort of a patient’s home.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree (NP) with a preferred focus on Adult, Geriatric, and/or Family
- Active, unencumbered NP license and Board Certification (ANCC or AANP)
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle for local field-based travel
