Requirements
- 3 CXC / City & Guilds passes (including English)
- OR 6+ months customer service experience
- OR HEART Customer Service Certificate
- Basic typing and computer skills
- Must pass a background check
- Government ID (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License)
- TRN & NIS
- Educational certificates (CXC, HEART, etc.)
- Dress to impress
