Requirements

  • 3 CXC / City & Guilds passes (including English)
  • OR 6+ months customer service experience
  • OR HEART Customer Service Certificate
  • Basic typing and computer skills
  • Must pass a background check
  • Government ID (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License)
  • TRN & NIS
  • Educational certificates (CXC, HEART, etc.)
  • Dress to impress
