We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese and English) Life Sciences Specialist to join our Japan team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in life sciences, particularly in infectious diseases and/or CVRM (Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolism), who is eager to contribute to the expansion of our business in Japan. The successful candidate will work closely with our Japan lead to understand client needs, support sales efforts, and assist with the translation and preparation of scientific presentations, ultimately progressing to delivering presentations and communicating with clients in English and Japanese independently.

Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences (preferred focus on infectious diseases or CVRM).
- Experience translating scientific content or equivalent skills.
- Proven experience in sales, client support, or presentations.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
