DHI’s mission is to help technologists find new careers to further their livelihood, while removing bias from the recruiting process. Capitalizing on the millions of new technology jobs being created by selling our subscription-based offerings to the companies, government agencies and staffing firms that will be looking to fill these jobs remains a strategic priority. Art’s background in the United States Air Force instilled a belief in mission focus, the honor code, and transparency. He leads DHI with these values. He wants employees to feel a sense of ownership with DHI Group Inc. values. He works tirelessly to ensure that every member of the team supports one another to achieve DHI Group Inc.’s mission and live the DHI values. Art believes that everyone in any position within DHI Group Inc. should have the opportunity to speak up, explain an opportunity, and act. Art is the heartbeat of DHI’s phenomenal company culture and primary driver of innovation and improvement.

Transparency is important at DHI. DHI’s CEO, Art Zeile, holds weekly town halls to provide an update on what’s happening in the business, inviting team members to present important projects. Our CEO also answers all anonymous questions that comes in. Everyone has a voice at DHI no matter the position. The C-level executives are approachable and available to all team members across the organization.

We have a One Team value and live it by working together. DHI is a hybrid workplace and relies on technology such as LucidChart, videoconferencing, and virtual whiteboards to work together efficiently. Teams encourage and set aside uninterrupted time for innovation and creative work. New ideas and collaboration come from all levels and positions within DHI Group Inc.. Teams hold regular monthly learning hours to allow for time to step away from their day-to-day task lists and think outside of the box. Teams also hold regular peer coaching sessions to allow for collaboration and to bounce new ideas off one another.
