We’re looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Brand & Trade Manager to join our Central Europe team. This role brings together brand strategy, shopper activation and commercial accountability, playing a pivotal role in driving sustainable brand growth across CE markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing annual brand plans, leading innovation launches, and ensuring strong in‑market activation in close collaboration with Sales, SRGM and Insights teams. Balancing long‑term brand equity with short‑term performance delivery will be central to your success. Requirements
- Significant experience, ideally gained within FMCG or Cosmetics
