About the Role

Monitor and manage AI system performance, proactively identifying issues in real-time through dashboards, logs, and alerts, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure resolution and continuous improvement. Partner closely with Support and Solutions to run hypercare efforts on newly implemented clients for each product line. Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions to drive audits and project based assignments to ensure healthy AI operations. Assist with QAing and monitoring product usage for new product rollouts. Drive improvements in customer experience through direct sentiment and feedback collection, partnering with Customer Success to identify and act on recurring client challenges.
