Frequently Asked Questions About Working at Home House
Common questions candidates ask about this role and Home House's workplace
Founded in 1998, Home House is located in the heart of Marylebone across three historic Georgian townhouses at 19, 20 and 21 Portman Square. Known for its playful, design-led approach, it offers a second-home experience rather than a traditional private members’ club. In 2019, Home House Studio opened, providing a space for professionals and creatives to work and connect. In February 2026, the brand was reimagined following extensive research, introducing a clear distinction between social and professional spaces, and responding to modern Londoners seeking a flexible “third space” that blends work, leisure and community. Home House operates on two core principles: 'Assume nothing. Stay curious.' and 'Kindness is our baseline, not a bonus.' These guide daily decision-making and interactions across the organization.
