We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support both on-set production and off-set content operations. This role is essential to ensuring seamless execution across the full production lifecycle—from pre-production planning through shoot execution and post-production coordination.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Experience in production, content creation, media, or a related field preferred, but not required
Comfortable balancing creative collaboration with operational execution
Ability to anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and stay calm under pressure
Ability to travel frequently for support at off-site shoots
