Microsoft's Corporate and External Legal Affairs (CELA) organization has an opportunity in the Infrastructure Legal Affairs team. This is an opportunity to ensure that Microsoft customers worldwide have the necessary cloud and AI infrastructure capacity to meet their needs and enable their AI transformation. In the role of Principal Corporate Counsel, Infrastructure Legal Affairs, you will provide advice and counsel to the Azure Hardware and Systems Infrastructure division within Microsoft. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology development, manufacturing, supply chain, and intellectual property.

Requirements
- Juris Doctorate Degree or international equivalent degree AND 4+ years' experience as a practicing attorney in the areas of IP and technology transactions; supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and procurement; and related counseling to executive business leaders.
- Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction.
