Today, Dr. Harrison has established Mint Dentistry as one of the fastest-growing dental companies in America. Mint Dentistry currently has locations in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Maryland, DC, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana and Florida, with a goal to be in every major city throughout the U.S. soon! Dr. Harrison is the founder of several dental-related companies including: MINT orthodontics, Pure Dental Assistant Academy, and PURE Oral Surgery.

Although expanding Mint Dentistry and driving profitability is a major component of our CEO’s role, Clint Rachal does not lose sight of sustaining and fostering healthy and open relationships with our executive team and leaders across Mint Dentistry. During weekly executive meetings, our CEO works hand in hand with the executive team to assess and develop strategies impacting talent development efforts that foster learning, employee engagement, talent management, and employee development to drive organizational performance, productivity, and results. In addition to his full-time presence at our corporate headquarters, Clint persistently sets time aside to travel to our office locations across the U.S. to meet and spend time with our staff.

The MINTHub also has a “People” function – which allows employees to search another employee in Mint Dentistry via a directory. Within this feature, employees can chat or text, call or send an email using this function.
