The Clinical Educator will leverage advanced clinical expertise and strong communication skills to deliver high-quality, compliant education on an innovative rare disease injectable therapy. Through live, in-person engagements, the educator will serve as a trusted clinical resource for patients, supporting treatment initiation, ongoing administration, and side-effect management.

Requirements
- BSN degree preferred
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (RN, NP) in the state in which you reside
- Patient education experience, including injection education (preferably on behalf of a pharmaceutical company or device manufacturer)
- Availability and willingness to travel to patient sites within assigned territory (via car or plane)
- Strong confidence and familiarity with technology, including language translation platforms (Globo)
- Rare disease patient education experience
- Ability to use motivational interviewing to help patients with varying degrees of confidence and/or language barriers with goal setting, resolving concerns
- Ability to connect with and build trust with patients and apply critical thinking to anticipate obstacles and provide solutions
- Proven adaptability to changing business demands in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to participate in federal healthcare programs or in federal procurement or non-procurement programs
