Demonstrated success in growing and scaling agency teams of at least 10+ members.
Exceptional operational background with specialties in complex systems, processes, and agency fulfillment.
Strong financial background with an exceptional understanding of billables and project costing.
Demonstrated success in driving new business opportunities.
