Responsible for driving new project opportunities within the hotel and hospitality sector, focusing on identifying, developing, and securing renovation and capital improvement projects.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Development experience in commercial construction
- Direct experience selling hotel/hospitality renovation projects
- Established relationships within the hospitality industry (owners, management companies, asset managers, or brands) preferred.
- Proven track record of winning renovation or capital improvement projects in the hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of hotel PIPs and brand standards
- Experience working with national or multi-property ownership groups preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage a national territory
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
