Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, with some experience in the construction industry, preferably in multifamily renovations.
- Strong background in driving operational efficiencies, managing resources, and improving business processes.
- Proven track record of heading a line of business to financial success and contributing to revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of construction project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing a diverse workforce.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive operational improvements.
- Familiarity with industry safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required depending on experience).
