As a global team, we strive to build strong connections between teams, regardless of our time zones! We seek to inspire and enable each of us to live our best life – no matter what that looks like. We hold quarterly company town hall meetings where we come together to celebrate our achievements and share company news and updates. At all levels of the organization, our leadership team convene with their respective teams on a monthly basis to share in-depth progress and recognize individuals and teams on their achievements. We encourage ongoing communication between team members and executive leadership. We actively promote ongoing "Ask Me Anything" forums, where teams are welcome to communicate with executive leadership whenever they have a question or concern. It's a true "open-door" policy. We also understand that quality in-person time together can make all the difference. That's why we have a Global Social program to bring team members together for local social and volunteer opportunities.
