About the Role

Provides assistance to 2nd Shift production team members in regards to subordinate job skills training, cGMP documentation, equipment use, set-up, cleaning and maintenance.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical area preferred
- Prior supervision of employees required
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Leadership experience of at least 2 years
- Strong critical thinking skills
