Seeking a versatile, passionate Territory Manager interested in making waves in an innovative segment of the craft beer market. Athletic Brewing is pioneering a revolution in non-alcoholic craft beer. The opportunity this role affords can be as expansive in a rapidly growing company. Job Responsibilities: Represent Athletic Brewing's values & mission in the territory. Field selling role, responsible for cultivating and maintaining new on-premise retail relationships in territory - opening up new accounts, supporting with samplings/promotions, etc. Communicate field wins + sampling efforts to distributor through market recaps and effective phone/email communication. Visiting accounts 5 days per week to obtain and increase business within designated territory. Minimum 36 hours in trade time (at accounts or samplings) per week. Must be at accounts selling within traditional on-premise business selling hours (10am - 6pm). Minimum 600 VIP KARMA Survey logged Account Interactions at retail (e.g. restaurants, bars, taprooms, taverns, brewpubs, etc.). Executes visits at target account lists provided by Manager. Logs surveys in VIP KRAMA while onsite at the account with photos for every visit. 8 retailer sampling/promotional events every quarter. 6 distributor on-premise work-withs every quarter. Drive new distribution & sales volume in the territory by identifying new business opportunities, actively selling, and motivating distributor sales teams to prioritize Athletic in their portfolio. Requirements

- Must be able to fulfill physical requirements of delivering beer and setting up at local events - safely lift, climb stairs, clean, etc.
- Must have a personal vehicle (reimbursement program eligible) and be able to travel around the territory freely and regularly
- Independent operator - disciplined and self-driven.
- Strong communicator and team player, ability to build meaningful relationships with new contacts and motivate
- Personal curiosity in improving systems
- Desire to have a positive impact on customers
- Passionate interest for the brewing industry and community
- Must reside in designated territory
- Available to work nights/weekends with from time-to-time
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Beverage/restaurant industry experience valued
- Cicerone level one completion valued
- Strong in market selling skills savvy valued
- Clean driving record

Positive Vision for the Future
Our team members were involved in the process of building out Athletic Brewing Company values. The founders and CHRO embarked to create five core company values and had decided upon those values independently. We then surveyed the team members and asked them to pick two single words that they felt best fit Athletic Brewing Companies values. The top five values were identical to the five values that were selected by senior leaders. Every year we do this exercise in the employee engagement survey to confirm drift is not occurring.

Our CEO has an open door policy and has set a low bar for team members to bring ideas into Athletic Brewing Company. Bill often makes time to make himself present at our manufacturing facilities and engages with team members regardless of level. A humility and desire to learn from all of leadership is an example for problem solving and growth exhibited throughout Athletic Brewing Company. The absence of egos often separates the people from the problems we are trying to mutually solve.
Respect
We hold annual listening meetings as a senior leadership team. The CEO, CPO, and CHRO make themselves available to hear from any team member regarding any topic in a group setting. The co-founders also hold idea hour once a quarter where team members can pitch ideas. Finally, we hold annual employee engagement surveys and conduct pulse surveys throughout the year.
