About the Role

Avant’s Apprentice Program is a 9–12-month, cohort-based initiative designed to bring college students and early-career professionals into structured, project-based roles. Unlike traditional internships, our apprentices take end-to-end ownership of high-impact projects that directly support Avant’s growth and innovation. The 2026-2027 cohort will be selected in July and start in August-September.
