Benco is hiring Sales Representatives who will drive sales of merchandise, equipment, technology, and Benco services; solicit new business through personal efforts and referrals; maximize the customer experience; enhance selling skills in product and services focus areas; and develop healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates. The role involves making regular face-to-face sales calls, prospecting to drive profitable growth, identifying business needs of clients, using computer systems to track opportunities, engaging in continuous education, and participating in sales meetings and events. Equipment Sales Specialists will also offer office design services, facilitate customer satisfaction, lead equipment sales processes, and present advanced technology solutions.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and sell advanced technology solutions
- Discipline and drive to stay focused and motivated with limited supervision
- Effective time management & organization capabilities with a focus on delivering superb customer experience
- Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to travel in assigned territory daily as well as limited overnight travel
