<p><strong>About this role in the team:</strong></p>

<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> to take ownership of a key strategic product area within our payments ecosystem - <strong>Card Issuing</strong>. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to drive strategy, commercial models, build, and scale fintech products from the ground up.<br><br>As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Card Issuing product line, driving it from <strong>MVP to a highly scaled and commercially optimised product</strong>.</p>

<p>You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver best-in-class product experiences. This role requires a strong blend of <strong>product strategy, execution, and commercial thinking. </strong></p>

<p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibilities:</strong><strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong><strong>Product Leadership & Lifecycle</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Own the full product lifecycle from 0-to-1 development through to scaling and optimisation</li>

<li>Lead product discovery, define clear problem statements, and translate them into actionable roadmaps</li>

<li>Drive rapid iteration cycles using customer feedback, data insights, and market signals</li>

<li>Ensure continuous improvement of product-market fit with a focus on measurable outcomes (e.g. conversion, retention, unit economics)</li>

<li>Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>Commercial & Strategic Execution</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Commercially strong in your product area, including commercial modelling & unit economics of product/features built</li>

<li>Partner with Commercial and go-to-market teams to define pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies</li>

<li>Contribute to relationships with key external partners (e.g. Technology providers, distribution partners, customers)</li>

<li>Contribute to the longer term strategy of the product, having a great understanding of use cases supported (current and potential future)</li>

<li>Balance short-term commercial wins with long-term platform scalability and sustainability</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>Cross-functional Leadership</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Act as the central point of alignment across product, engineering, operational, and commercial teams</li>

<li>Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress clearly to internal stakeholders</li>

<li>Influence decision-making at all levels through data and structured thinking</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What we need from you:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Proven experience building and scaling fintech products (incl. Card Issuing).</li>

<li>Strong ability to operate in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities</li>

<li>Deep experience using data to inform product decisions and drive measurable outcomes</li>

<li>Track record of delivering impactful product improvements through iterative development</li>

<li>Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment technology and regulatory frameworks</li>

<li>Knowledge and passion in blockchain-based products (e.g. custody, rewards, payments)</li>

<li>Demonstrated ownership of product performance, ideally with P&L responsibility</li>

<li>Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business impact</li>

<li>Experience collaborating with external vendors and strategic partners in a fintech or payments environment</li>

<li>Extreme ownership: You take accountability for outcomes, not just outputs</li>

<li>Execution-focused: You move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and learn fast.</li>

<li>Structured thinker: You bring clarity to complex problems and align teams effectively</li>

<li>Collaborative leader: You influence without authority and build strong cross-functional relationships</li>

</ul>

<h2><strong>Nice to have:</strong></h2>

<li>Background in high-growth fintech or startup environments</li>

<li>Crypto Experience</li>

<li>Exposure to international payments and multi-currency products</li>

<li>Deep understanding of the operational elements of Card Issuing (risk, fraud, support etc.)</li>
