We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Performance Engineer to join our Data Protection and Security engineering organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, scalability, and resiliency initiatives across Cohesity’s distributed platform and services. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to benchmark, analyze, optimize, and scale next-generation enterprise data management solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. The ideal candidate is systems-focused, analytical, automation-driven, and passionate about solving complex performance challenges in large-scale distributed systems.
