This role is about helping shape the future of our organization by bringing in the right people at the right time. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, contribute to innovative recruitment strategies, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Why This Role? Play an important role in growing our global teams while supporting Docebo’s continued growth Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Information Technology, Security, Operations and more—contributing to meaningful business outcomes Join a global People team, collaborating closely across regions Be part of a company in hyper-growth—new teams, new challenges, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow What You’ll Do Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage Partner with hiring managers to support hiring strategies and talent needs aligned to business goals Build and maintain pipelines of diverse, high-quality candidates using creative sourcing techniques Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Docebo’s culture and values Support recruitment process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting projects Track recruiting activity and metrics to help inform hiring decisions Stay informed on market trends and share insights with the broader team What You Bring 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience as a full-stack recruiter, ideally in-house or within a recruitment agency environment Experience recruiting within SaaS or technology organizations is preferred Experience in technical and product recruitment (engineering, product, design, UX/UI, etc.). Our Italy presence has a high concentration in this business area Ability to recruit on a variety of roles, across all areas of the business (revenue, G&A, product, engineering, etc.) Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other talent communities Experience using ATS systems; experience with Ashby is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A passion for people, problem-solving, and creating a positive candidate experience.
