Your Role

As a Associate Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll help build the teams that power FINN's growth. You'll own hiring processes from end to end, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent. From your first day, you'll join a collaborative and ambitious Talent Acquisition team where learning, ownership, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. You'll play a key role in ensuring every candidate has an outstanding experience while maintaining the high hiring bar that defines FINN's culture and success. This role is about much more than filling open positions - it's about shaping the future of FINN GmbH through every hiring decision.

And because we believe the best collaboration happens when we're together, this role requires a regular onsite presence at our Munich office. You should either be based in the Munich area, open to relocating, or able to commute to the office a few times per week.
