Requirements
- Senior technology leader with a hands-on background in information security.
- Experience building things, not just governing them.
- Genuinely excited by AI and use it in your own work.
- Understand both the opportunity and the risk AI presents in a regulated environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by a blank sheet.
- Ready to shape what a world class internal technology function looks like.
- Experience in product led, regulated businesses where the pace is fast and the remit is broad.
