As OpEx Technician I, your role is a Tier II team member on the shop floor, linking Engineering with Manufacturing, and driving continuous improvement of: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Provide technical support in the assigned area. Support and lead continuous improvement through: Kaizen events, special project work, engineering change orders.

Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of Manufacturing Experience or Technical Degree
- Technical Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or CAD) preferred but not required
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is required. Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications a plus.
- General electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, specifically 5S.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- AutoCAD or similar software knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC is required for Fabrication.
