<p data-path-to-node="3">Harbinger is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Test Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing vehicle testing activities to ensure the quality, performance, and safety of their vehicles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, contributing to the successful development and launch of new commercial electric vehicles.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Test Planning & Execution:</strong> Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for various vehicle systems and components.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Instrumentation:</strong> Select the proper instrumentation, physically instrument the vehicle, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the recorded data.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Field Testing:</strong> Conduct vehicle testing on test tracks, public roads, and controlled environments.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="5,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Data Analysis:</strong> Analyze test data to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot performance issues and defects.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="5,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Documentation:</strong> Document test results, track findings in Jira, and present actionable recommendations in a clear and concise manner.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="5,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work collaboratively with design, development, and manufacturing teams to resolve identified issues and refine product performance.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Vehicle Test Engineer or in a closely related role.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Knowledge:</strong> Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components, including powertrain, chassis, electrical, and electronics.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Analytical Skills:</strong> Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Soft Skills:</strong> Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</p>
