<p>We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our IT Operations Team at Harbinger Motors. We are a rapidly growing company with a dynamic team, seeking a versatile individual who can adapt to various roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow. </p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Build and support several Atlassian products; Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management</li>

<li>Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software</li>

<li>Configure, patch, and harden company computers using endpoint management tools such as Jumpcloud. </li>

<li>Respond to service requests and incidents in a professional manner while meeting the designated SLA.</li>

<li>Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software components, including operating systems, drivers, and applications</li>

<li>Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT incidents, resolutions, knowledge base articles and guides to foster continuous improvement</li>

<li>Transform manual process into scalable, automagic solutions that will grow as Harbinger Motors grows</li>

<li>Maintain and update IT assets using inventory management tools</li>

<li>Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field</li>

<li>3-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Helpdesk or Systems Administrator role </li>

<li>Experience and well versed with all things Atlassian</li>

<li>Experience with AV equipment; configuring sound mixers for optimal settings, microphones, speakers.</li>

<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users</li>

<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and common desktop applications such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office.</li>

<li>Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Nice To Have:</strong> </p>

<ul>

<li>Experience with Atlassian is a <strong>significant plus</strong></li>

<li>Certifications relating to Jumpcloud</li>

<li>Google Workspace experience</li>

<li>Knowledge of consuming and working with APIs</li>

<li>Experience with ITIL or other IT service management methodologies</li>

</ul>
