Manager, Events Project Delivery

HMP Global is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Manager, Events Project Delivery to manage the project plans and workflows that drive successful delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events across our portfolio. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders to manage timelines, drive project workflows, and ensure high-quality event delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment working across teams including Sales, Marketing, Meetings, Education, Editorial, Creative, and Production. This position is best suited for a project management professional with 3–5 years of experience in events, conferences, marketing operations, or related project delivery environments. The project manager applies established frameworks set by the Director, Events Project Delivery in conjunction with the Project Management Office (PMO), to coordinate internal teams, assign and track deliverable timelines, and move work through defined workflows – driving execution, accountability, and process consistency across the events portfolio.
