About the Role

Kevel is looking for a high-performing Retail Media Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across retailers, marketplaces, and commerce partners building retail and commerce media networks in the United States and Canada. This is a strategic, consultative sales role focused on closing complex, API-driven infrastructure deals with enterprise customers. You will help retailers and commerce companies build and scale custom ad platforms powered by Kevel’s technology. Reporting to the VP of Sales, US and Canada, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle and play a critical role in expanding Kevel’s footprint in the rapidly growing retail media ecosystem. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail media, preferably working with retail or commerce media ad tech
  • Existing relationships with retail media stakeholders in the US and Canada.
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling to retailers, marketplaces, publishers, or commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of retail media networks and sell-side monetization solutions.
  • Ability to sell technical, API-driven solutions in partnership with technical stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and contract negotiations.
  • Disciplined forecasting, CRM management, and pipeline development skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Criteo, CitrusAd, PromoteIQ, Epsilon, Equativ, Xandr, or similar is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on driving ad performance and monetization growth for publishers and retailers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable strategies for clients.
