Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Personal Injury law
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent English oral and writing skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and high level of organization
  • Typing and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish or other language is a plus
  • Responsible and self-motivated
