We are looking for a Media Buyer (Paid Advertising Specialist) to work closely with our CMO to create, launch, and optimise profitable paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves testing creative, scaling winning campaigns, and using data to drive continual improvement across the funnel.

Requirements
- Proven experience running and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategy
- Strong copywriting skills for performance advertising
- Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into action
- Experience using design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar)
- Experience using AI tools within creative and performance workflows
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads (preferred)
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation tools (preferred)
- Experience with GA4, conversion APIs, and advanced tracking setups (preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven ad creation workflows (preferred)
