<h2>About The Role</h2>

<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to drive development of features across our product platform. </p>

<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>

<ul>

<li>Own a core domain of the Mochi platform end-to-end - strategy, roadmap, and shipped outcomes.</li>

<li>Identify where AI can transform the patient, provider, or customer service agent experience, shipping the first features with evals/guardrails for responsible clinical deployment.</li>

<li>Serve as a partner for key internal teams, leading discovery to understand their unique workflow requirements and use cases across clinical, operational, and pharmacy contexts</li>

<li>Gather and synthesize feedback from patients, providers, and pharmacy partners to inform roadmap priorities</li>

<li>Work with engineering on integrations and interoperability requirements</li>

<li>Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for product performance outcomes</li>

</ul>

<h2>Who You Are</h2>

<ul>

<li>5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally at digital health startups, healthcare technology companies, or health systems innovation teams </li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to own product roadmaps from strategy through execution</li>

<li>Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications</li>

<li>Track record of shipping products that required cross-functional coordination</li>

<li>Bonus:<br>

<li>Familiarity with medical billing fundamentals: E&M coding, telehealth modifiers, claim submission, denials, and remittance workflows</li>

<li>Understanding of a modern growth stack: attribution tooling, product analytics, experimentation platforms, and CDPs </li>

<li>Technical or quantitative background — a degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field</li>
