The Mortgage Loan Processor is a full-time, on-site role based in Troy, MI. This role is responsible for assembling, reviewing, and verifying loan application documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy, including income, assets, credit, and property information. The processor coordinates with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to obtain required conditions, resolve documentation issues, and move loans efficiently from application through approval and closing. Daily tasks include data entry into loan systems, managing pipeline status, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and, when appropriate, borrowers.
