You will shape NETSOL’s technology roadmap, influence industry standards, and lead transformative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI/ML development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in software development, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Experience in a business development or sales role, with a track record of driving revenue through technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • In-depth understanding of AI/ML technologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and more).
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities, with a focus on delivering AI solutions on time and within scope.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory considerations surrounding AI deployment.
