About the Role

This role is critical for ensuring our team’s productivity, alignment, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of team management experience, ideally in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in HR administration, project management, and operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows, tools like Jira, Teams, Chat-GPT, and budget management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to bridge cultural and operational gaps between global teams.
