<p>Buscamos un/a Commercial Finance Analyst altamente analítico/a, con conocimientos financieros y pasión por la innovación tecnológica, para formar parte de nuestro equipo en una agencia de publicidad multinacional. Este rol es clave para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos, optimizar procesos financieros y contribuir al crecimiento sostenible del negocio. </p>

<p>El/la candidato/a ideal será una persona proactiva, con experiencia en análisis financiero, manejo avanzado de herramientas tecnológicas (incluyendo Inteligencia Artificial y visualización de datos) y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y colaborativos.</p>

<h3><strong>Tareas y responsabilidades:</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Estrategia de Pricing y Scoping: Apoyar en la definición de modelos de pricing, elaboración de presupuestos y asegurar la correcta aplicación de tarifas para proteger los márgenes de contribución.</li>

<li>Rentabilidad y Eficiencia de Recursos: Analizar la rentabilidad por clientes, departamentos y perfiles. Ayudar a diseñar e impulsar planes de acción concretos que impacten positivamente en la cuenta de resultados (P&L), optimizando la asignación de recursos y la capacidad de los equipos.</li>

<li>Planificación Financiera y Presentaciones Estratégicas: Participar junto con la Dirección Financiera en la proyección de ingresos (Revenue Forecast), análisis del pipeline New Business y en la elaboración de presentaciones financieras clave para la dirección, tales como el Operating Plan y el Margin Plan.</li>

<li>Gobernanza y Minimización de Riesgos: Controlar, analizar y reportar desviaciones presupuestarias. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas financieras en los acuerdos comerciales para identificar y mitigar riesgos de manera proactiva.</li>

<li>Optimización mediante IA: Incorporar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (Copilot, LLM, Power Automate) para automatizar procesos financieros, mejorar la eficiencia operativa y generar valor estratégico.</li>

<li>Análisis y Visualización de Datos: Identificar tendencias y oportunidades mediante herramientas analíticas. Diseñar y mantener dashboards interactivos (Power BI, Tableau o similares) para facilitar el seguimiento de KPIs clave del negocio.</li>

<li>Soporte Transversal y Global: Trabajar junto con los equipos de negocio y otros equipos de (financiero/legal/tecnología) en España y la región EMEA para garantizar la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>Requisitos:</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Grado/Licenciatura en Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o titulación similar.</li>

<li>1-2 años de experiencia previa en análisis financiero, pricing o roles similares, preferiblemente en entornos multinacionales o agencias.</li>

<li>Nivel bilingüe o alto de inglés (imprescindible). Muy valorable otros idiomas como alemán o chino mandarín.</li>

<li>Usuario avanzado de Microsoft Excel (incluyendo tablas dinámicas, VLOOKUP, Power Query).</li>

<li>Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau u otras).</li>

<li>Conocimientos e interés en Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a procesos financieros.</li>

<li>Familiaridad con sistemas ERP y software financiero será valorada positivamente.<strong> </strong></li>

</ul>

<li>Capacidad para interpretar grandes volúmenes de datos, identificar tendencias y traducirlas en recomendaciones accionables (data-driven decision making).</li>

<li>Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y habilidad para comunicarse de forma didáctica con perfiles no financieros.</li>

<li>Horario de lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 18:00 con una hora para comer, y los viernes de 09:00 a 15:00. Durante julio y agosto, el horario de trabajo será de 09:00 a 15:00.</li>
