<p>En Ogilvy buscamos un/a <strong>Senior Art Director</strong> creativo, ágil y con un gran sentido estético para integrarse en nuestro equipo de <strong>Public Relations (PR) & Influence</strong>. No buscamos un perfil de publicidad tradicional, sino un/a director/a de arte que entienda que <strong>las mejores ideas de PR son aquellas que se convierten en noticia y cultura popular.</strong></p>

<p>Este rol requiere una gran comprensión del ecosistema de los medios de comunicación, el entorno digital, los creadores de contenido y el <em>lifestyle</em>. Trabajará en proyectos donde el <em>timing</em> es clave: desde campañas planificadas de gran presupuesto hasta activaciones reactivas (<em>newsjacking</em>) que requieren conceptualizarse y diseñarse con rapidez y frescura visual.</p>

<h3><strong>Principales Responsabilidades</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li><strong>Conceptualización y Dirección de Arte "Earned-First":</strong> Diseñar y liderar visualmente campañas de PR pensadas para generar conversación orgánica, cobertura de prensa, impacto social e involucrar a prescriptores e influencers</li>

<li><strong>Narrativa Editorial y Experiencial:</strong> Diseñar experiencias físicas (stunts de PR, activaciones de marca, eventos de prensa), kits de prensa creativos (tanto físicos como digitales) y contenido de alto impacto para canales digitales</li>

<li><strong>Agilidad y Real-Time Creative:</strong> Entender las dinámicas del <em>newsjacking</em>. Capacidad para proponer y producir piezas visuales atractivas de manera ágil cuando la actualidad de las marcas lo requiera</li>

<li><strong>Gestión Visual por Sectores:</strong></li>

<li><strong>Sector Entretenimiento (50%):</strong> Aportar un enfoque visual potente, cinematográfico y de tendencia para lanzamientos de contenidos, eventos experienciales y activaciones de <em>fandom</em></li>

<li><strong>Sector Bebidas Premium y Lifestyle (30%):</strong> Elevar la identidad visual de la marca en eventos de moda, música, relaciones con creadores y experiencias de consumo exclusivas</li>

<li><strong>Sector Gran Consumo & Propósito (20%):</strong> Traducir conceptos de sostenibilidad, responsabilidad social y reputación corporativa en visuales accesibles, limpios y con un fuerte storytelling</li>

<li><strong>Colaboración Creativa:</strong> Trabajar mano a mano el equipo de cuentas de PR y especialistas en <em>influencers</em> para que la estrategia de comunicación se traduzca en un resultado visualmente impecable</li>

<h3><strong>Requisitos y Perfil Buscado</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li><strong>Experiencia:</strong> Mínimo de 4-5 años de experiencia en agencias de publicidad, comunicación o diseño, aportando experiencia demostrable en proyectos de PR, activaciones de marca o contenido digital</li>

<li><strong>Sensibilidad por el PR y la Actualidad:</strong> Buscamos a alguien conectado con las tendencias, los formatos digitales, la estética de las redes sociales y la cultura popular. Debes saber qué hace que una imagen sea "compartible" y atractiva para los medios</li>

<li><strong>Dominio Técnico (Craft):</strong> Excelente manejo de Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Se valorará muy positivamente el uso de herramientas de IA generativa para agilizar procesos de propuesta visual, así como nociones básicas de motion graphics o edición de vídeo</li>

<li><strong>Resolución y Ritmo:</strong> Capacidad para trabajar con los <em>timings</em> rápidos del sector de la comunicación y las relaciones públicas, priorizando tareas de forma eficiente sin perder la atención al detalle y la calidad del acabado visual</li>

<li><strong>Trabajo en Equipo:</strong> Actitud proactiva, ganas de proponer ideas fuera de la caja y facilidad para presentar ideas visuales internamente y de forma colaborativa</li>
