Queremos una persona con una sólida capacidad conceptual, una gran sensibilidad visual y un alto nivel de exigencia en la ejecución, capaz de desarrollar campañas integradas desde la idea hasta su implementación final.</p>

<p data-start="1054" data-end="1255">Trabajarás junto a Directores Creativos, Copywriters, Estrategia, Cuentas, Medical y Producción, desarrollando campañas para marcas líderes del sector farmacéutico en un entorno altamente colaborativo.</p>

<h2 data-section-id="186lb4r" data-start="1257" data-end="1277">Responsabilidades</h2>

<li data-section-id="5dfg8l" data-start="1279" data-end="1434">Desarrollar y ejecutar conceptos creativos integrados para marcas del sector Healthcare, garantizando un alto nivel de craft, precisión y calidad visual.</li>

<li data-section-id="1ozxax7" data-start="1435" data-end="1584">Participar activamente en concursos (new business) y briefs estratégicos, aportando soluciones creativas alineadas con las necesidades del cliente.</li>

<li data-section-id="1wnvotp" data-start="1585" data-end="1706">Conceptualizar campañas junto al equipo creativo y liderar su desarrollo visual desde la idea hasta la ejecución final.</li>

<li data-section-id="q9nxm4" data-start="1707" data-end="1813">Supervisar la dirección de arte de piezas digitales, impresas, audiovisuales y materiales promocionales.</li>

<li data-section-id="icwo6r" data-start="1814" data-end="1923">Coordinar producciones fotográficas y audiovisuales junto a equipos de producción y colaboradores externos.</li>

<li data-section-id="wp22a8" data-start="1924" data-end="2090">Trabajar de forma estrecha con los equipos de Medical, Estrategia, Cuentas y Producción para desarrollar campañas relevantes y alineadas con el entorno regulatorio.</li>

<li data-section-id="187qtv0" data-start="2091" data-end="2191">Presentar propuestas creativas al cliente, defendiendo tanto el concepto como la ejecución visual.</li>

<li data-section-id="m4i6pw" data-start="2220" data-end="2291">Formación en <strong data-start="2235" data-end="2290">Diseño Gráfico, Artes Visuales o disciplinas afines</strong>.</li>

<li data-section-id="1kzbdvx" data-start="2292" data-end="2362"><strong data-start="2294" data-end="2326">Más de 5 años de experiencia</strong> como Director/a de Arte en agencia.</li>

<li data-section-id="d5l0g2" data-start="2363" data-end="2462">Portfolio que demuestre una sólida capacidad conceptual y un excelente nivel de ejecución visual.</li>

<li data-section-id="q4exki" data-start="2463" data-end="2523">Capacidad para desarrollar campañas integradas desde cero.</li>

<li data-section-id="1eyg9zg" data-start="2524" data-end="2589">Alto nivel de exigencia en el craft y gran atención al detalle.</li>

<li data-section-id="49nw0b" data-start="2590" data-end="2696">Gusto por conceptualizar ideas y acompañarlas durante todo el proceso creativo hasta su ejecución final.</li>

<li data-section-id="ec9r3v" data-start="2697" data-end="2808">Experiencia trabajando en campañas para marcas del sector Healthcare o entornos regulados será muy valorable.</li>
