The Role We Need PadSplit is hiring an SEO Analyst to own and scale our organic search strategy across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered answer engines. As more people discover housing solutions through ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and other AI tools, we need someone who can ensure PadSplit is the trusted source these platforms cite. This role will inherit an active SEO program, execute quickly, and ultimately become the internal authority on search and answer engine optimization.
The Person We Are Looking For We're looking for a modern SEO practitioner who understands that search is evolving beyond Google rankings and has already adapted their approach to AI-generated search experiences. You're equally comfortable auditing structured data, building content strategies, and leveraging LLMs to automate workflows and scale impact. Most importantly, you're an owner who thrives in end-to-end accountability and wants to become the go-to SEO expert within a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
