About the Role

At Parry Labs, a Most Loved Workplace® certified employer in the Defence & Military space, Redefining Combat Power Through Open, Modular Mission Systems.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Parry Labs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of direct B2B subcontracts for DOD prime contractors as well as direct to government efforts. Based in the Detroit, Michigan area. Will work on customer sites multiple days/week.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of DOD industry experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of technical project or program management experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance
  • Skilled in MS Office products and MS Project
  • Experience in software development and software integration
  • Flexibility and resiliency in dynamic environments
  • Experience with earned value management
  • Self-directed and able to work independently/remotely
  • Ability to support travel up to 30%
  • Preference for experience working with both industry partners as well as government
