The Poly Molder Operator is responsible for operating molding machines, producing rubber panels within specifications. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Reviews work order and checks that raw materials and inserts are correct for the job. Transfers raw material inventory into ERP system. Places insert into molding machine and starts cycle of machine. Runs first piece, gets approval and begins run operations. Works between multiple molding machines simultaneously. Physically removes panel from machine and loads machine with next insert. Trims off flash and finishes part to quality standards. Assure proper labeling of all required. Scans finished panel barcodes into computer. Must inspect die for tool damage before returning to tool room.
