About the Role

PureSpectrum is seeking a motivated Services Representative eager to kick-start their career in market research. In this role, you will learn the foundations of project management by supporting client projects and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. You’ll develop a customer-first mindset, build strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and receive hands-on mentorship in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Services. This position reports into a senior level services lead. This position is hybrid. Candidates must be able to commute to the Rochester office 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience; interest in project management and the market research industry; completion of the PureSpectrum Services internship program is a plus.
  • Ability to assist in multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Ability to learn and use new technology platforms to meet or exceed customer and project needs.
  • Ability to find innovative solutions to address customer and project needs.
  • Solid judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to be proactive in anticipating problems and provide solutions.
  • A passion for curiosity and a drive to learn continuously.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships across teams and customers.
