<p><strong>Order to Cash (O2C) Operations / Order Management Specialist (12-month contract)</strong></p>

<p><strong>Your opportunity</strong></p>

<p>Scandit is looking for an <strong>Order to Cash Specialist</strong> to join the Order to Cash team. This is a hands-on operational role requiring demonstrated experience in order management within a SaaS environment, with direct ownership of end-to-end order-to-cash processes, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Finance, and Operations.</p>

<p>The role is open to candidates with a minimum of <strong>5 years</strong> of relevant experience in order management or a closely related order-to-cash function, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business. Candidates with strong Salesforce proficiency and practical knowledge of AI tools, including Claude or equivalent, to support order entry, data quality, and workflow efficiency are strongly preferred.</p>

<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>

<p><strong>Order Management and Financial System Operations</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Own end-to-end order entry and validation across Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with booking policies and data quality standards</li>

<li>Manage complex order types including amendments, co-terms, upgrades, and multi-element arrangements</li>

<li>Lead customer cycle management and dispute resolution </li>

<li>Maintain and enforce data integrity standards across CRM and ERP systems; identify and remediate data quality issues proactively</li>

<li>Oversee licence key management and ensure timely and accurate provisioning aligned to contract terms</li>

<li>Serve as a point of contact for order-related queries from Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Automation, Process Improvement, and AI Tooling</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Apply AI tools — including Claude and similar platforms — to accelerate order entry, data validation, draft communications, and process documentation</li>

<li>Lead or co-lead automation initiatives within the O2C function; evaluate, test, and implement tooling to reduce manual effort</li>

<li>Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash cycle</li>

<li>Document current-state and future-state processes; maintain operational runbooks and training materials</li>

<li>Support system configuration and data clean-up projects in Salesforce, including deduplication and record hygiene</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Cross-functional Coordination and Reporting</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Revenue Ops to resolve complex order scenarios, billing holds, and contract disputes</li>

<li>Support month-end and quarter-end close by ensuring all bookings are processed, reconciled, and traceable</li>

<li>Assist with audit requirements by maintaining complete and accurate financial records</li>

<li>Contribute to reporting and operational metrics for the O2C function; flag trends and escalate risks proactively</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum five years of experience in order management, O2C operations, or a closely related role within a SaaS or subscription-based company</li>

<li>Hands-on Salesforce experience: ability to manage opportunities, orders, and records; run reports; and maintain data quality independently</li>

<li>Practical knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent, with demonstrated ability to apply them to order entry, data management, and process documentation workflows</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when processing structured data across multiple systems simultaneously</li>

<li>Experience working with an ERP system; NetSuite experience is a strong advantage</li>

<li>Clear and precise written communication in English; ability to escalate issues with full context and without ambiguity</li>

<li>Organised, methodical approach to workload management; comfortable managing multiple active workstreams in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Deep familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription billing, and revenue recognition concepts, including licence keys management</li>

<li>Experience with order-to-cash automation initiatives or system implementation projects</li>

<li>Familiarity with revenue operations, contract management, or Deal Desk processes</li>

<li>Exposure to audit, compliance, or SOX-adjacent financial controls</li>

<li>Prior experience mentoring junior colleagues or leading operational projects</li>
