As an Oil and Lube Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance services with a primary focus on oil changes, filter replacements, and other vital fluids to ensure vehicle optimization. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive
- Must be an energetic self-starter willing to work in all weather conditions
- Be a team player, hardworking, honest, reliable, and timely
- Basic computer and math skills, tech-savvy with a smartphone
- Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other work-related items (up to 50 lbs.)
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around vehicles for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Benefits
- Competitive starting base rate of $24/hr. paid weekly
- $1/hr. Increase after 90 days based on performance
