We are looking for an Agency Lead to join our India Ads business, based in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record of sales leadership, agency partnership development, media trading expertise, and executive relationship management. You'll bring a passion for digital media, music, podcasts, and innovation, while helping position Spotify as the preferred audio and audience platform for leading agencies across India.

You'll work closely with senior agency leaders to develop long-term strategic partnerships, unlock new commercial opportunities, and drive innovative ways of working together. We're looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine passion for Spotify.
